Since I’ve started with Zhoors, I was taking care of the customer service department….

I know now all what our customers like. The service,the quality and their order’s update.

And for us the most important is our customer’s full satisfaction.

And from my experience I learned that customers are very creative with their orders and that helps understanding their tastes better. For some the date is the most important thing for others it’s the bouquet itself… Thank you for all the opinions that you give us

A decade in the life of …

I can’t believe it has been a little over ten years!!!

Yes, that’s right. Zhoors.com was first registered as a domain back on April 13th, 2000. It was just an idea and a name that grew into something real.  You can call it inception if you want.  

I don’t know of anything else in my life that has lasted as long.  But then again, nowhere else in my life am I blessed and surrounded by such a capable and dedicated team.   

I’m just as excited today as I was ten years ago
